Market Intelligence Analyst Perfume
As Market Analyst, you collaborate closely with the Strategic Marketing team in the definition of our new products by providing market and competition analysis based on perfumes panels' database, market reports & desk researches. You are responsible to build quarterly trends reports, analyse the competition performance in order to suggest winning strategies and key success factors to the marketing department. In addition, you develop a Perfumes digital monitoring on Brand and key competitors activities to strengthen teams' On-line market understanding and evidence digital opportunities for the Brand. You also follow closely, de-codify and share perfumes market and consumer trends. Finally, you sophisticate the market and competition monitoring (products and promotional activities) through new creative tools.
Passionate about Perfumes or Fashion, you hold a university degree in Business, Marketing, Social or equivalent. You have at least 3 years' experience in a market / consumer intelligence field, ideally in the luxury industry. Strongly interested for the Perfumes categories or Fashion brands, you follow closely the trends on the digital media. You have an excellent command of Powerpoint, Excel (formulas, data management and pivot table) and number crunching and are fluent in French and English. You have a great sensitivity to luxury products and an analytical mindset with strong drive to results. You are curious, creative, eager to learn and flexible. Reliable and organized you make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadline and pressure. Thanks to your team spirit, you can build strong links within the team and with your business partners and create a positive and harmonious work environment.
