Position

Working as a key member of the Glenmorangie Brand team delivering the execution of the brand plans, leading certain projects and providing administrative and budget support. Internal communication systems: >  Be the key point of contact for internal internet sharing sites. >  Manage brand assets and media library. >  Keep track of image usage rights for all assets. >  Develop a monthly newsletter to share any "new news" with key internal stakeholders. Brand Education: >  Work with cross-functional teams to support brand ambassadors worldwide to deliver a compelling story on the Glenmorangie brand, including presenting at Brand Academy meetings. >  Support Brand Manager as well as Brand Ambassador with ad-hoc brand education requests. Budget Management: >  Management & tracking of the annual Glenmorangie Marketing Budget to ensure year end landing >  Detailed analysis of day-to-day budgets movements, including reconciliation of budgets and summary report preparation >  Stakeholder management across Marketing, Finance and Purchasing >  Support brand team in annual budget planning process, including agency contract and retainer discussions POSM Development & Management: >  Manage the on-going Glenmorangie POSM/POSM catalogue: monitor sell-through of POSM items with the supply and NPD team (inform wider marketing team of decisions made) >  Assess market needs for additional POSM items and lead the project for development of items, >  Be the principle point of contact for PPP store site Event Management: >  Manage, organise/ provide support & set-up Glenmorangie marketing team meetings, pan agency days, Brand Boards & other ad hoc meetings to ensure they run efficiently & smoothly. >  Act as the lead point of contact with Glenmorangie House & the DVC, liaising with them as necessary to set up visits, tastings & events. >  Assist with support for the Glenmorangie Brand Academies >  Assist with ad-hoc marketing team requirements (e.g. stock requisitions, deliveries, transportation of props to Moet Hennessy meetings etc.). Product Development and Activation Projects: >  Support Brand Team and Head of Brand in the development of presentations and materials for key stakeholder meeting. >  Support marketing product development / activation projects for the brand team. >  Supported by Brand/Senior Brand Manager, lead the product or activation plan for 1 x NPI activity annually, includes: >  Building launch business case and leading the programme through the launch Stage/Gate approval process >  Creative development, agency briefing, management in order to deliver breakthrough marketing programme/ packaging >  Evaluation of NPI launch / activity

Profile
