MISSION STATEMENT

 

In collaboration with the team marketing assistant, the Marketing Assistant role is to support the wider Marketing Team in delivering exceptional Moet Hennessy brand experiences and plans, as well as support the Marketing & Communications Director and coordinate key stakeholders.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

TEAM SUPPORT

  • Diary Management and Coordination , administrative support of Marketing and communications Director
  • Liaise with external and internal (MH, Maison and LVMH) senior stakeholders with regards to meeting coordination, diary efficiency and effective planning
  • Coordinate and organise travel arrangements (UK & International)

 

SUPPORTING BESPOKE MARKETING ACTIVATIONS- ALL BRANDS 

  • Specific focus on supporting bespoke brand activations ATL/BTL across channels including Dept Stores, festivals/events, seasonal activations
  • Liaising with relevant agencies to deliver creative brief
  • Implement a clear project/brand aesthetic to deliver maximum impact for activation
  • Support to Marketing Mangers/Department Store Account Manager

 

INTERNAL EVENT PRODUCTION

  • Large Internal Marketing Events Support
  • Venue search/hire, invites, agree agenda with Marketing & Comms Director, manage internal comms within company
  • Sales & Marketing Conference/ Innovation Day/ Vision Day/Christmas In July/ Christmas Party/Summer Drinks) - All Brands

 

STOCK/POSM ORDER FORECASTING

  • Supporting brand teams with the forecasting of bottles or cases of brand product and POSM required for flagship brand events
  • Liaising with MDA on return status of POSM product/refurbishment

 

MAISON MARKET VISITS

  • Co-ordinate Maison Market visits with individual brand teams
  • Include trade visits, brand activation visits and final agenda etc

 

BRAND SUPPORT

  • Hosting at brand events
  • Ad hoc support provided
