Mission Statement

  • Formulate marketing and communication strategies / action plans after review of consumer trends / needs, competitive situations and business status
  • Implement action plans proactively with adequate flexibility to achieve business objectives / goals
  • Provide leadership in marketing and communication organization / action plans

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze consumer trends / needs, competitive information including new products / communication etc. and business status through sharing findings with local / HQ product marketing team
  • Develop marketing strategies / respective action plans for new product launches, promotions, visual merchandising, advertising & media, and CRM
  • Through Asian taskforce and direct contact to HQ Marketing, provide HQ the strategic / tactical ideas based on the critical local consumer needs and competitive practices to be reflected in the global regional marketing plan
  • Proactively implement action plans with flexibility in line with business situations
  • Develop, track and manage A&P budgets
  • Develop and manage the team

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in packaged goods, cosmetic, or upscale retail industry. Prestige cosmetic marketing experience is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in cross-cultural environment
  • Well experienced with a big size of people management
  • Strong leadership is required

Education: University graduate, MBA preferable

Language: Fluent English and Japanese
