Develop, establish and maintain North American communication strategies to meet brand's objectives and to incrementally grow the brand awareness on the North American market
Ensure that the global Marketing and Communication guidelines are properly and efficiently implemented.
Establish, manage, monitor and optimize the Marketing and Communication resources and budget.
> Definition of the media plan both print and digital, control of its implementation
> Deploying successful social media actions and generate regular flow of buzzworthy brand news including product launches, all brand events and local events
> Identify target audience and devising across channel campaign to engage
> Competition intelligence on all communication channels
> Definition of the media relation strategy and coordinating the country PR agency to ensure maximum press coverage
> Liaise with media and advertising via PR agency
> Strategic planning, organization and execution of all brand events including trade fairs, industry shows, PR events, retailers events and collectors dinners.
> Liaison with HQ to develop efficient and innovative marketing/promotional actions to achieve commercial objectives (direct marketing, roadshows ...)
> Implementation of the brand's trade marketing/visual merchandising policy.
> Coordination of all construction projects for new Point of Sales, Corners and Shop in Shop,
> Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities, results and ROI.
> Monitor industry best practice
> Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
> 10+ years of relevant marketing experience
> Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
> Solid knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics tools
> Proven track record of running successful media and digital campaigns in North America for a luxury or premium brand
> Relevant product and industry knowledge
> Relationship with luxury industry press and other actors a plus
> Willingness to travel up to 30%
