General purpose of the role

 

  • To plan and deliver high-quality, brand and-building local marketing activity in the region in line with Global strategy and Guidelines
  • To support the General Director in developing brand-building marketing plans that drive the business forward in the region
  • The candidate reports to the Head of Regional Marketing

 

 

Responsibilities and accountabilities

 

  • Develop annual marketing plan for the Region accordingly to global guidelines and local requirements to build the Brand
  • Develop marketing plans to support POS, ensuring that local marketing plans follow the Bulgari guidelines
  • Lead the Bulgari Russian business partners and support Marketing Executive to develop marketing plans for the regions
  • Lead the trade partners in the CIS countries to develop marketing plans to support their POS
  • Work with General Director to meet local budget and targets
  • Understand and champion the Bulgari brand at a local level, ensuring the presentation of the brand is consistent with the rest of the world
  • Work closely with the retail team on CRM, organization of events, press event, etc...
  • Manage regional marketing budget
  • Overlooking and supporting PR manager in developing PR annual plan as part of integrated strategy for Bulgari Russia
  • Day-to-day management of the PR and Media agencies

 

 

Specific activities

 

  • Using global guidelines to develop regional marketing plan every 6 -12 months.
  • Work with the Moscow office of Havas to develop an optimal media plan prior to global marketing approval
  • Work with PR & Media Agency in Moscow to develop PR plans for Russia and CIS countries
  • Produce and manager a full budget for marketing plans that makes clear the total Bulgari spend and contribution from the distributor
  • Gain approval for regional plans from Global Marketing Director
  • Brief the Global Marketing team in a timely fashion to ensure the availability of required coop advertising executions and other required VM and marketing materials
  • Implement agreed plans in an efficient and cost-effective manner, including the implementation of seasonal VM campaigns
  • Via regular dialogue - formal and informal - with customers and retailers/dealers, from a detailed view of local market habits, and use this to develop business-building consumer insights

Professional and qualification requiriments

  • Higher education
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a senior marketing position
  • Strong marketing experience gained in either a luxury either brand, retail or luxury retail environment
  • Hands-on experience of developing and executing plans in market
  • Experience in managing people
  • Fluency in Russian and English, Italian is a plus
