Do to so, your main responsibilities will be to:

Lead, motivate and coach your team (15+p.):

  • Recruit, train, develop and motivate marketing personnel to the level necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the department
  • Lead the team to prepare timely internal briefing and reporting analysis for business reviews and management reporting
  • Able to coach and empower the team to excel their potential and to leverage the team's strength to complement each team member development area
  • Ensure the development of direct reports to continue to build the team as a leading marketing organisation within the Moet Hennessy network

Develop, lead and implement of the brands strategies (marketing mix, volume, revenue, market share and profitability):

  • Develop annual brand plans for review and approval in line with Maison and regional guidelines and specific local market conditions
  • Take responsibility for the full brand P&L and financial analysis and set channel objectives in collaboration with the sales team and business planning team
  • Manage social media presence to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Ensure full compliance to Moet Hennessy Marketing Code of Conduct and undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

Strategically advise and collaborate with Managing Director, Executive Committee members, region and Maisons

  • on the marketing strategies, plans and activities for Moet Hennessy Australia; ensure all are integrated and aligned with the Company's business objectives
  • Be a senior member of the company Exco and deliver structured and proactive feedback on brand performance and organisation transformation projects
  • Maison liaison for brand principal market visits and integration of in-market brand development
  • Manage risk and opportunity discussions and key deadlines (budget, brand plans...) with preparation and input into volume and pricing builds with appropriate A&P reinvestment planning


Do you have the right profile?

  • Tertiary qualified in a business-related discipline, MBA preferred
  • A strong track record in developing a compelling brand, marketing, and customer propositions
  • A proven ability to drive cultural and structural change via collaboration and a clear value placed on high performance, integrity, sharing and elegance
  • Digital expertise and experience in building integrated digital and loyalty engagement strategies
  • Significant leadership experience and demonstrated career progression
  • Proven experience in delivering positive commercial outcomes within a large FMCG, Luxury and/or Hospitality business environment and high-level financial management skills
  • Resilient, driven and accountable
  • Strong customer, competitor, and market insight focus
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Outgoing, fun and comfortable in a social drinking environment

This is a full-time executive role, member of Executive Team for Moet Hennessy Australia New Zealand and Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific Marketing Board which needs frequent travels overseas (meetings with Region/Maisons and Trainings).
