  • Conducting relevant forecasting for the fragrance axe in coordination with the commercial and logistics department
  • Updating all countries with final forecast quantities after the first submission, as well as months before the launch
  • Attending inbound/outbound meetings to ensure all elements arrive in each country on time and discussing solutions for any delays (proactivity needed).
  • Communicating the launch strategies to all stakeholders and liaising between them (logistics, commercial team, subsidiaries, and agents); sending updates when needed
  • Working with suppliers and logistics in the case that local production is needed


  • Reporting on key growth drivers for sell in/sell out by country, retailer, and franchise on a monthly basis
  • Reporting on private collection performance on a weekly basis
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape through monthly reports which involve market share evolution, turnover gaps, and rankings VS key competition in selected retailers
  • Organizing a monthly tracker to archive competitor activations and photos
  • Analyzing effectiveness of launches through feedback collection

Presentation Preparation

  • Preparing slides for internal presentations using the above mentioned reports
  • Preparing slides for external presentations on upcoming novelties

 Fragrance Revolution

  • Producing internal fragrance newsletters (with a translated version) and distributing it to all internal stakeholders on a quarterly basis
  • Preparing monthly fragrance competitions
  • Concept adaptation/development for key periods in the year to be deployed in boutiques with full feedback collection/reporting



  • Proficient user of the MS Office package
  • Team player
  • Passionate about fragrance
  • Trustworthy
  • Well organized and able to function autonomously when needed
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Adaptable to difference situations
  • Proactive and solution driven
