Position

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Assist the Marketing Team in daily tasks and projects on Givenchy

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing strategy implementation

  • Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy marketing plan UK / Eire, with particular emphasis on events
  • Create and deliver marketing presentations internally and externally.

Product management & Marketing Materials

  • Management of Preseries product and internal office product needs
  • Creation of Goody bags for events and retailers as per business needs
  • Support Monthly Forecasting requests
  • Responsible for creation and production of Christmas Gift Guide

Events

  • Responsible for the management of local events in stores or new store openings (Creation of marketing tools and coordination of samples, GWPs)
  • Event Management of retailer meetings and sales conference

Trade and field-force

  • Production of Marketing Plan for Beauty Consultant Conference
  • Responsible for the Newsround - a communication tool with the Field team
  • Creation of Field team support tools including presentations, handbook, one pagers and ad hoc requests.

Analysis and reporting

  • Responsible for NPD analysis on a monthly basis and maintaining trackers.
  • Coordinate the Brand watch monthly competition reporting
  • Support the team with corporate presentations and reports as needed

Ad hoc projects

  • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department

Profile

  • University educated
  • Previous experience in Marketing, preferably in luxury goods in retail industry and / or FMCG
  • Inherent interest in the Beauty industry
