This is a six-month internship based in Edinburgh, beginning in June 2018. The main purpose of this role is to provide a variety of support in product development, events management, internal communications and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) management.
Key responsibilities of the role include the following:
> Support the management of Internal Communication systems. This includes the management of brand assets and the development of a monthly internal newsletter.
> Work with cross-functional teams to support Brand Ambassadors worldwide and Brand Mangers with ad-hoc brand education requests.
> Support the brand team with product development & activation projects. This includes the development of presentations and materials for key stakeholder groups.
> Support the management and development of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and assess market needs for additional POSM items.
> Assist in the management, organization and set-up of Glenmorangie Team meetings, pan agency days, Brand Boards and other ad-hoc meetings to ensure they run efficiently and smoothly.
> Assist the Marketing Assistant with the management of day-to-day budget movements and the annual Glenmorangie Marketing Budget.
> Assist with ad-hoc marketing team requirements (eg. Stock requisitions, deliveries, transportation of props to Moet Hennessy meetings etc.)
