Position

The Travel Retail Americas Marketing Internship is a unique opportunity to grow in a fast-paced & constantly evolving environment. You will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager and assist the team in developing Guerlain on the Travel Retail Market. You will be exposed to the Americas Market (from Latin America to North America) and will discover our 3 axis portfolio. Your contribution to trade marketing, merchandising and education projects will give you also a complete overview of the region.

 

SUPPORT MARKETING STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

  •  Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in the development of TR Americas marketing tools to implement the regional strategy (Activity plan, Launch platforms, retailer books...)
  • Coordinate 360° marketing tools development (ice breaker, brochures, grooming, flyers...) to achieve success of category objectives in TR Americas in line with sellout objectives.
  • Collect and share with commercial team launch tools: lab samples, visual needs and guidelines, 360 tools

COORDINATE TRADE MARKETING PROJECTS

  • Work closely with the sales team to roll out Trade Activation Plans for key retailers: DFS, Dufry, International Shoppes & Motta
  • Liaise with sales team to gain feedback and ensure Trade tools are used effectively
  • Be the Brand Guardian, ensuring all customer touch-points are luxury and meet brand guidelines
  • Evaluate and analyze activation events to make recommendation for continual improvement and feedback to the business

PARTICIPATE IN MAIN TRAINING EVENTS PREPARATION

  • Support training manager in the organization on the annual Beauty Advisor seminar (1st semester) and the Regional Seminars ( 2nd semester)
  • Contribute to the adaptation of training materials received by central teams
