Plan, implement and control an effective Retail Marketing action plan in line with the brand's strategy within agreed budget, in view of market share development and with a total respect of the brand image codes.

Be the key contact of HO Zone teams for all marketing actions.
Be in charge of all marketing costs (budget, follow up, ROI)

> Foster de development of medium segments to elevate them as high profile clients ("add a V to our VIC")
> Manage efficiently the clienteling tools: database, BeDior and new global app to come
> Identify key circle of local influencers and be able to develop new contacts/prospects (Hotel, influencing clubs, relations with business getters, ...)
> Animate the Client Development Program in total consistency with key priorities defined by the Zone HO: focus on locals, enhance recruitment, develop VICs, follow up of prospects, engage new clients, accelerate the development of inactive high potentials...
> Work closely with the Retail teams to ensure that marketing activities are in line with commercial needs, and provide effective selling tools
> Define, propose and implement after validation, a marketing plan in all aspects (i.e. coordinate the 360° approach) including new product launches, event, client development, media planning (in coordination with Media Department), visual merchandising (in coordination with VM department) and training (in coordination with Training Department)
> Control and follow up budget & impact of all actions (ROI, qualitative feed-back). In charge of the client development budget.
EVENT & CLIENT TREATMENT
> Propose and create - in close link with Zone HO - innovative Local Brand image events and store thematic events
> Planify and coordinate all commercial events in our boutiques (trunk-shows, product animations, ...)
> Provide the sales team with all relevant information to ensure the good understanding and implementation of the marketing plans
> Identify the right profiles of clients and/or prospects for personalized client treatment (local & corporate). Coordinate implementation of specific and personalized treatment planning for each client
> Control and follow up budget & impact of all actions (ROI, qualitative feed-back).
> Be close to the boutique team
> Understand their key challenges and be proactive in proposing operational and pragmatic client actions to implement
> Be at ease to meet client and develop their brand knowledge via small talks and social moments.
2-5 years experience in a management role
Good understanding of luxury business
