>  Plan and manage A&P budget to meet brand objectives
>  Lead and support the implementation of the Marketing strategies in line with Global strategy and brand priorities
>  Develop and implement effective marketing programs for new launches and existing brands
>  Manage all the trade promotions, activations and events to drive sell out and productivity and offer consumers unique brand experiences
>  Deliver Marketing support and high service level to sales team
>  Manage forecasts for both novelties and Sales Promotion and monitor accuracy of shipments
>  Lead the delivery merchandising strategy in all POS to ensure that brand presentation and counter execution are best in class and consistent with the brand strategies
>  Lead the delivery of assets for retailers: visuals, advertising, blurbs
>  Lead the CRM and digital strategy and programs for the brand
>  Manage media and PR agency in delivering the best marketing and branding plans for the brand
>  Explore working with KOLs to drive brand awareness
>  Inspire and motivate retail staff with creative marketing plans and implementations
>  Establish a close working relationship with retailers to manage the launch and promotional calendar for each store
>  Work closely with headquarters for approval of all brand and marketing materials
>  Lead the implementation of marketing promotions:
>  align with sales assortment and mechanism
>  Lead the digital activities: KOL partnerships, monthly digital calendar (work hand in hand with HQ to leverage locally developed content)
>  Track and Monitor competitor activity and category trends

>  Become the brand expert and the point of contact for internals and externals
>  Support the sales team to continue to deliver growth and maintain a high level profit
>  Build the brands with a view to gain market share and maximize brand visibility
>  Identify additional growth opportunities

>  Understand the local retail marketing channel: specificities, key operators and their needs, sales dynamics
>  Understand A&P budgeting and new product forecasting, shipping timeline and how they impact the marketing plan and sales
>  Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
>  Work with several key interfaces: internal (sales team, finance, forecasting, creative & Visual merchandising teams, regional teams) and external (retailers, agencies, decorators and other suppliers)


>  University Degree or above (MBA Preferred)
>  5 - 10 years' experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing
>  Relevant working experience in FMCG and or Luxury Goods
>  At least 2-3 years people management experience
>  Effective monitoring and utilization of budgets
>  Strong capability of reporting and working within a matrix structure
>  Execution of Marketing / Trade Marketing / Media and BTL activities in conjunction with sales teams as per plan, in adherence to Brand guidelines

>  Good perfume and cosmetics product category knowledge, proven ability to respect and communicate brand DNA and image guidelines
>  Be able to express ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly and eloquently in both verbal and written communication.
>  Be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally and show high levels of integrity and trustworthiness
>  Strong attention to detail coupled with strong grasp of project management. Committed to getting the small things right first time.
>  Commit to and take ownership of obligations and achievements of outcomes.
