Position

Part of the LVMH Fragrance Brands executive committee, he/she is in charge of the following missions:  To define the operational marketing strategy for the market, in line with corporate strategy and within agreed budget / profitability levels, and in view of market share development, while enhancing and maintaining brand image  To implement marketing plans for Givenchy and Kenzo throughout all activities: marketing, merchandising, promotion, direct marketing, communication tools, selling tools, media and PR&Influencers, e-Retail  To challenge business partner for definition and implementation of overall brand strategy online & offline

Profile

A Marketing or Business graduate with at least 10 years experience in a trade marketing role. Significant experience in Selective Distribution market Sensitivity to the Luxury goods International background Sales and e-retail experiences would be a plus Key Competencies: o Leadership & communication skills o Excellent team management skills, motivating others - People make the difference o Agility with figures and budgets o Enthusiasm and energy o Action & Result oriented - Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit o Creative and innovative o Able to organize and prioritise work in a fast changing environment o Customer and relationship focused Technical skills: o Microsoft office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) o Fluent in Dutch & English, French would be a plus

Marketing strategy * Propose local plan / strategy in all aspects, including new product launches, media planning, trade marketing promotions, merchandising, direct marketing, e-Retail activation * Ensure international marketing strategy is applied at local level, in line with local specificities * Develop and implement local marketing tools, innovative promotions and online & offline events by respecting the international guidelines Image * Ensure consistency of each brand (Givenchy, Kenzo) style and philosophy in all trade marketing activities, in particular events, and locally produced materials and e-reputation. Coordination & support Interface with European MOP teams :  Work closely with European MOP teams per brand in order to anticipate and adapt the marketing plans and forth coming launches  Provide information to European MOP teams (local analysis, monthly reports, quantitative and qualitative feedback on launches, competitors, market trend and evolution...) Interface with local teams :  Harmonize the overall brands' image in accordance with external PR agency  Work closely with Sales Management to ensure that trade marketing activities are in line with commercial needs, and provide effective selling tools  Co-ordinate with trainers to ensure consistency of all training activities with the global company strategy and the local strategy  Ensure that merchandising activities (online & offline) are consistent with each brand marketing and promotional objectives and brand images; coordinate merchandising activities  Develop e-retail of our brands faster than our main partners trend Media * Supervise dutch media plan definition and ensure its setting up in accordance with budget guideline and in respect with image - key contact person with Media Buying agency Zenith * Provide the product managers and PR executive with all relevant information to ensure the good understanding and implementation of the plans * Coordinate with Central Media team (LVMH Media in Paris) and Brand General Manager Trade / Retail / Training * Supervise trade marketing plans definition, in collaboration with Brand General Manager, Sales Manager, Sales team, Retailers and Customer Services * Support closely the sales forces enhancing the brands, provide the sales team with all relevant information to ensure the good understanding and implementation of the plans, ensure market visits and regular touch with clients * Prepare sales conferences and present new products to clients * Provide support to trainers to adapt training tools * Team up with Sales Manager and Training Manager for implementation of Givenchy Pride and Kenzo Smile retail expertise on the dutch market. Follow up and budgets * Define budget per brand for the market according to local marketing plans and guidelines * Control Advertising & Promotion budgets and Administrative budgets for Marketing and Merchandising * Monitor profit for the brands, promotion ratios and stock levels * Coordinate regular forecasting by product line * Supervise reporting activity and figures analysis (sell in, sell out) Team management * Manage, motivate and develop the dedicated team of 2 products manager and 1 external PR executive
