Position

What responsibilities will you have? - Be in charge of the Marketing department and develop with your Team a programme of marketing activities to support Moet Hennessy mission. - Manage the marketing budget. - Develop and implement mid-term brand strategy, with focus on the brands Veuve Cliquot, Krug and E&W. - Build and activate MH portfolio in Gastronomy and Trade in accordance with brand strategy. - Develop, implement and control image and sales promotions (On-/Off-Trade and CPS), where necessary with selected agencies. - Develop and implement concepts to activate the brand on strategic communication platforms. - Liaise closely with on-trade and off-trade teams: keep sales informed of domestic strategies and develop relevant activities/promotions. - Manage a team of 3 direct reports (brand and event managers) + 3 indirect reports.

Profile

What experience and skills are we looking for? - 5-7 years of marketing experience in the wine&spirit, luxury, or FMCG industry. - Team management experience. - Strong multitasking skills and proactive driven attitude. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent Dutch and English
