POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager develops, establishes and maintains North American marketing strategies to meet brand's objectives and incrementally grow the brand awareness in the North American market. These responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing and implementing all aspects of marketing, communication and advertising. Our ideal candidate will be readily available to travel to both Springfield, NJ & NYC regularly.
Profile
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Liaise with HQ to develop efficient and innovative marketing/promotional actions to achieve commercial objectives (E-commerce, CRM, direct marketing, training, roadshows ...)
- Strategic planning, organization and execution of all brand events including trade fairs, industry shows, PR events, retailer events and collector dinners
- Partner closely with and be main of point of contact for our Public Relations Agency, source and manage our Brand Ambassador activation
- Deploy successful social media actions and generate regular flow of buzzworthy brand news including product launches, all brand events and local events; plan and effectively execute advertising initiatives and campaigns according to HQ directive
- Implementation of the brand's trade marketing/visual merchandising policy, Coordinate all construction projects for new Point of Sales, Corners and Shop in Shops
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities, results and ROI
- Maintain budget and execution
- Monitor industry best practice
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics tools, knowledge of competition across all communication channels
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Relationship with luxury industry press and other actors, a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Fluent in another language, a plus
