Position

1. Launch planning:

  • Forecasting based on sales evolution and consumer behavior changes. Preparing all communication to retailers of coming launches to ensure the right perception of your products and the accuracy of their demand;
  • Ensure the right split of GOODS & POSM between clients by quota managing;
  • Manage in autonomy the operational part of launches preparation;
  • Contribute to an efficient 360 implementation and support all services impacted. Interaction with all cross-departments;
  • Prepare and adapt all materials for launches and manage administrative documents;

2. Logistic support:

  • Daily interaction with logistic team for novelties tracking;
  • Forecast readjustment if necessary: preparation of modification requests;
  • Weekly tracking of basic catalog according to marketing needs;
  • Stock and discontinuation file monitoring;

3. Operational missions:

  • Coordinating translations requests for all marketing needs and confirming them;
  • Lead the full process linked to media needs (materials order, adaptation, communication);
  • Products orders management;
  • Managing quota implementation for POSM and GOODS;

4. Budget leading:

  • Set-up targets by products (if novelty) or lines and develop launch plan proposing creative levers;
  • Build and monitor POSM budget;

5. Reports & Analytics:

  • Market, trends and competitors' analysis to help building efficient launch activation;
  • Monthly reports preparation and support files fulfilling (brand reviews, rankings...);
  • Launches follow-up;

6. Communication with headquarter on question related to products and launches (reports with quantitative and qualitative feedbacks).


Profile

  • at least 1 year of experience in marketing;
  • fluent English;
  • solid knowledge of Excel;
  • strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team;
  • creativity, curiosity.
