- Plans and executes the Retail Marketing plan and activation for all Fresh retail including boutiques and departmental stores.
- Supports the Fresh Retail CRM data-mining and data analysis
- Development of EDMs and VIP Communication Planning
- Assists in all product, samples, GWP or collaterals allocation for Sephora, Sephora.com and Fresh Retail.
- Key liaison person for retail marketing operations and ensure CRM Program is well executed
- Assists Marketing Manager in any other ad-hoc marketing projects when needed.
- Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing
- Good and effective time management
- Proficient in Excel and Office knowledge
- Passion in the beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commit for 6 months
