The position

It's an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. You will be a key member of the Marketing Team, made up of over 20 people who are responsible for planning and creating all marketing collateral. Reporting to the Media Coordinator, the Media Specialist will primarily be responsible for coordinating Europe and US media. The role will involve working closely with the cross-functional HQ team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES not limited to:

  • Support Media Coordinator in planning & buying Europe & US media
  • Coordinate fast-paced media planning across multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously
  • Coordinate communication with multiple media agencies and book media
  • Communicate deadlines to content team
  • Supply assets to media agencies
  • Liaise with regional marketing teams on local media plans
  • Create media presentations
  • Create post campaign and competitor reports
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with marketing, CRM, omnichannel and product teams
  • Support Media Coordinator in writing media briefs and setting planning process in motion
  • Engage with Analytics team for any tagging/reporting requirements
  • Support Media Coordinator in planning & buying Europe & US media
  • Reports to Media Coordinator

Profile

We are looking for a media executive who has:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in either a media agency with luxury clients or a media role at a luxury brand with a proven track record of planning world class marketing campaigns
  • Experience working in a highly innovative & fast paced environment
  • Experience working across multiple channels & deliverables from social media to fashion press
  • Excels when working in cross-functional teams
  • Possesses an intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts and craft
  • Good knowledge of digital platforms & social tools, programmatic & E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Has strong communication and analytical skills - Fluency in English is required
