General Purpose of the Position:

The Men's Business Manager will be the first point of contact to wholesale partner clients, sales teams and buying office on a day-to-day basis. S/he or will track overall sales for all men's categories. The Men's Business Manager networks and builds strong business relationships with both associates and clients, and facilitates the selling ceremony lifecycle. In addition, s/he will help to support and facilitate product knowledge to sales associates throughout the year ensuring proper brand standards are being met.


  • Responsible for achieving the sales and inventory goals on a monthly, quarterly, season and yearly basis
  • Responsible for tracking progress on sales and inventory through analysis, reporting and executing monthly touch base meetings, sharing results and needs with wholesale partners and LP regional wholesale team
  • Ensuring sales associates have consistent support in: selling tools, product knowledge, special requests and marketing
  • Ensuring the relationship between sales associate and client is meeting the expected level of the Loro Piana experience
  • Responsible for giving insight and feedback during the selling campaigns to align with business needs
  • Work in tandem with National Sales Manager and team to continuously drive business
  • Create and maintain relationships within the department and out of home base sellers
  • Work alongside wholesale partner marketing teams in order to maintain and to acquire new clients
  • Maintain the organization and flow of inventory/backstock at all times
  • Responsible for executing in store events, installations and trunk shows
  • Maintain the visual merchandising of all the men's categories and partnering with regional VM team on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for overall maintenance of all men's categories and partnering with regional store planning team when needed

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 4 years in retail management experience
  • Polished communication and verbal skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven track record of client building and retention
  • Past luxury experience required
  • Strong client book base preferred

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's is preferred
  • Passport required
  • Valid driver's license required
