Louis Vuitton is recruiting for a Merchandising Manager of Accessories & Fragrance based in our New York office who will be responsible for developing and executing the merchandising strategy for their stores across the Americas region in order to build the retail network and achieve their maximum sales potential. This will be accomplished through core product assortment and management, defining product allocation while determining and coordinating product focus throughout the year. As a highly experienced Merchandiser, you will be involved in the annual buying sessions, forecasting of budgets, defining the product volumes and allocations while closely monitoring orders and transfers to maximize sales for the organization. In addition, you will own the replenishment business in regards to our fragrance product category while guiding scents in our markets.
As an expert in your experience in merchandising, you will track all Market & Client analysis through market mapping, store feedback and data for sales reports (weekly and monthly). Working collaboratively with the Supply Chain & Logistics team, you will review levels of stock in order to maximize all sales across the store network by ensuring that allocation of stock is monitored and reallocated as required.
In conjunction with the Retail Learning and Visual Merchandising team you will support in the development and implementation of strategies in order to increase sales through Store action plans, Visual Merchandising, collaborative projects and incentive plans for both categories. Additionally you will be accountable for the coordination of training seminars for the fragrance and accessories categories in order to develop our in-store expertise and thus enhancing our clients experience and reputation within the market place. With the new addition of our fragrance category in 2016, you will be responsible for competitive data and bringing excitement to the category through cross-functional partnerships and visits to our stores.
