Louis Vuitton is seeking a Merchandising Manager for our Accessories team who will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategy for Women's Accessories across LVA. Primary functions will include: buying and analyzing merchandise at zone and store level and proposing results-oriented actions to achieve sales objectives, maximizing operational efficiencies by partnering with supply chain, training and developing our Accessories Merchandising assistant, communicating corporate strategies to store network, and interacting closely with Paris product team as advocate for needs of LVA markets.


As an expert in your market of accessories, you will build sales objectives with the Director and SVP of Merchandising. This individual will also develop and negotiate Open to Sell with the central team in Paris. You will participate in 4 buying sessions in Paris annually, which will include buying collection, inputting orders, and reviewing with the central team. This manager will work with CRM to identify opportunities to grow client base while developing tools and incentives in stores to drive business. Additionally, this Merchandising Manager will co-manage our accessories assistant, and be involved in the department's succession planning by training, developing and identifying support personnel. This Merchandising Manager will collaborate with our Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain and Store Planning teams to product presentation, flow to stores and confirm that maximum utilization of space is provided for product lines.



We are eager to speak to highly experienced Merchandising Professionals with a minimum of 5-7 years merchandising experience. Accessories category experience is a plus. This individual must have exceptional computer skills, including advanced Excel (functions, formulas, macros, vlookups, pivots). You will have strong analytical skills, product sensibility, taste level and extensive knowledge of competitive landscape & Trends. You will be highly driven organized and commercially minded with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the High Luxury industry and has strong negotiation skills, as well as outstanding communication and influence skills. French speaking is a plus!
