Position

To align with the IT landscape evolutions, Middleware expertise is required to complement the existing pool of experts corresponding to each technology in use at Louis Vuitton. The expert organization in Singapore is an extension of the central expertise team located in Paris and is fully part of the Louis Vuitton global IT expert community.

The middleware infrastructure represents 40 distributed systems located in datacenters in Europe (Paris), Asia (Singapore) and Americas (Secaucus, Atlanta), and hosting the EAI, API, ETL and scheduling solutions.

 Responsibilities

  • Define and promote the evolution products roadmap on the Louis Vuitton EAI System, API directory and gateway, BPM System and ETL.
  • Actively contribute as an expert in the implementation, maintenance and evolution of integration infrastructures
    • WebMethods Suite (ESB, BPM, API Management)
    • DataStage
    • MuleSoft
  • Define and deploy the best practices, core model architectures, implementation rules by supporting all projects and products development teams in their activities of design and build
  • Assure that IT integrations guidelines are integrated into all Integration applications development teams
  • Support projects in the uses of integration platforms, by defining testing scenario, monitoring the technical running states and performance capabilities
  • Transfer skills to level 3 by training operations teams
  • Actively contribute to the integrations systems and tools community by sharing experience, best practice, incident management, guidelines publication
  • Assure all Service Management as an expert in the respect of Louis Vuitton operations processes
  • Contribute to efficient incident and problem management by working closely with the infrastructure support teams and integration AMS

Profile

Required Competencies

  • WebMethods expertise (minimum 4 years of concrete experience: broker, integration server, mediator)
  • DataStage expertise (minimum 4 years of concrete experience)
  • Web service expertise SOAP / REST (minimum 4 years of concrete experience)
  • MuleSoft
  • Microservices architecture
  • Multi-Cloud environment, especially AZURE, GCP, OVH, Salesforce
  • Expertise competences in the following technical context: windows 2016 / Linux / Solaris / Zabbix / NetBackup / VMWARE / Hyper-V / Oracle / SQL Server
