Position

MISSION STATEMENT

The Consumer Engagement VIE (Associate Brand Manager level) supports the Moet & Chandon brand team and reports to the Brand Director, Consumer Engagement. The VIE will be immersed in the world of brand communications and support management of paid advertising, content development, press relations, event executions and digital marketing for Moet & Chandon.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

>  Support the Brand Director on day-to-day management of brand campaigns, including strategy development, execution and measurement
>  Lead reporting on all consumer engagement programs, including paid advertising, press coverage and social media performance
>  Manage PR agency for earned media initiatives (specifically wine communications and influencer engagement)
>  Supervise content creation and community management on social media in partnership with social media AOR
>  Support management of brand partnerships with publishers - specifically content development
>  Aid in execution of brand events including tennis tournaments (Miami Open and Indian Springs), event sponsorships (Golden Globes, etc.), brand-owned events (Moet Moment Film Festival and Moet Nectar Imperial Rose events)
>  Manage content calendar for Moet.com and CRM touchpoints (email, SMS, etc.)
>  Manage consumer engagement team budget


Profile

>  Creative, organized, solutions oriented, expert multi-tasker, self motivated and thrives in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
>  Strong written and oral communication skills (specifically in English)
>  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
>  Avid user of social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat)
>  Past experience within a digital marketing, social media or PR role (1-2 years job experience preferred, or multiple internships)
>  Experience with event planning and coordination
>  Internship or past work experience within wines and spirits a plus but not required
>  Bachelor's degree required
