Deliver measurable KPI achievement for distribution, depletions and placement by working with our three-tier system and targeted accounts to increase depletion and profit performance of the Moet Hennessy portfolio.
> Manage the luxury wine and spirits portfolio of MHUSA within the Multicultural including Hispanic market for On-Premise
> Create relevant programs and promotions for the Multicultural including Hispanic accounts that will develop and nurture brand relationships with Multicultural including Hispanic consumers.
> Develop strong relationships with the distributor and key account decision makers within a
focused account universe.
> Within key account universe to maximize distribution, back bar facings, menu and P.O.S. visibility.
> Review and allocate established brand KPI's against the appropriate key account base.
> Work with the distributor Multicultural including Hispanic management team to review and execute local activation of national brand plans.
> Conduct monthly distributor meetings to ensure proper communication of brand strategy and
> Develop a monthly calendar to work out in the trade with the key distributor sales reps and
managers to build relationships and gather market (competitive, legislative and distributor) insights.
> Coordinate the SG Multicultural including Hispanic activation brand plans in the market working closely with the BDM's to ensure everyone is aligned.
> Use analytical acumen to determine brand opportunity and trends (MHUSA Cognos and
> Manage and develop Multicultural including Hispanic market activation to ensure maximum visibility for all brands.
> Prepare territory Multicultural including Hispanic plans (distribution, programming, activation) per target universe on an annual basis and continually review and modify as appropriate to ensure objectives are met.
> Present Brands, Products and marketing concepts for placement in the target accounts and
strive to obtain all brand distribution, placement and depletion KPIs within the target account

> Work closely with distributor managers to implement plans and strategies to achieve success for the MHUSA portfolio within the entire multicultural channel and targeted accounts
> Work closely with distributor sales reps in regards to targeted accounts in order to demonstrate "Added value" at all times.
> Collaborate with BDM'S and agency partners (SG) to maximize brand execution.
> Develop and solicit relationships with key influential accounts throughout the market and look to maximize our portfolio visibility in these accounts.
> Manage set budget for designated accounts.
> Ensure spending is equal to or under budget and delivers strong ROI for MHUSA brands.
> Review spending by account monthly with distributor and manager.
> Manage T&E budget.

Education: Undergraduate Degree required
Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience and Skills: 2+ years sales experience with a supplier and/or distributor in the Beverage Alcohol Industry. Experience working within a channel is preferred. Must have strong communication skills and be able to deal with a diverse customer base.
