About the role

As the National Account Manager - E-Retail, your role is to achieve Moët Hennessy Australia's business objectives & agreed sales & visibility objectives for the Moët Hennessy luxury wine & spirits portfolio across both omnichannel and pure players in the growing E-Retail Channel. The core focus is to continue to maximise our off-trade E-Retail business & form our strategic direction whilst understanding and embracing the strategic imperatives of MHA & our E-Retail partners.


Your Main Responsibilities will consist of:

The core focus for this role consists of category leadership, analysis & reporting, ensuring our brands are available & accessible in digital and e-commerce platforms and analysing market trends & competitor information. 

This role works closely with the National Account Off-Trade Sales Team to identify luxury sales growth drivers as well as working with the Brand Managers, Shopper Activation and Digital teams (both locally and globally).

You will be responsible for assisting in achieving mutually agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and achieve mutually agreed points of distribution for Moët Hennessy brands focusing on visibility and placement with pure player E-Retail customers as well as with larger retailers such as Endeavour Drinks & Coles Liquor group and emerging E-Retail customers.

As the National Account Manager - E-Retail you will work alongside other stakeholders to create and manage pilot digital dashboards, identify growth levers and recommendations for action and sales follow up. You will be responsible for analysing retail digital metrics & measure overall business performance to demonstrate value creation.

Additionally, you will ensure that brands feature prominently over competitors and keep the business upgraded with best practices within the global E-Retail market, Australian market & trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the Business.

This role liaises with internal stakeholders across National Key Accounts, Off Trade, Digital, Marketing, Senior Sales Management, Brand Owners and Managers whilst developing relationships with external stakeholders.



A passionate and driven Sales or Category Manager with a tertiary qualification and 2 - 3 years proven experience working within E-commerce (ideally within a Wine & Spirits company)  you will be looking for the next exciting step in your career with a global business.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication & sales skills, an in-depth understanding of the E-Retail channel, current trends & business opportunities and an ability to manage several projects in various stages to deadlines. Strong working knowledge of online sales, systems, digital metrics and sales campaign analysis is a must.
