Reporting to: National Sales Director
 
 
PURPOSE OF THE JOB 
 
·            In charge of Sephora and Travel Retail channels; responsible for effectively managing and developing key accounts to achieve target
 
 
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
 
 
·            Key Account's development and stock management
 
·            Allocate annual sales target by month and by door to insure achievement of sales target
 
·            Supervise the Retail & Education Coordinators to implement animation, on-site training and stock management, and lead the team to achieve wholesale target
 
·            Ensure brand image and market ranking
 
·            Strive for more support to Key Account through internal coordination
 
·            Cost Control

·            Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
 
·            Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
