Moët Hennessy Australia has an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as National Key Accounts Manager, based in Sydney. Reporting to our Off Trade and E Retail Manager, this role is accountable for the national performance across the full portfolio of Moët Hennessy brands within the National Key Accounts customer base by way of trading agreement negotiations, category management, joint business plans and NSI management.

Your Profile - Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role you will have proven ability to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and relevant stakeholders across head office and outlet locations.
  • Implement agreed brand plan strategies through carefully and comprehensively formulated sales actions, including pricing, distribution, trade stock levels, trade merchandising, promotions and other value-generating activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales management information and analyse such data on a regular basis, ensuring constant evaluation of channel data, call cycles and frequency, and other related information.
  • Monitor and assess competitors' activities, evaluate market changes and trends, and recommend timely responsive actions for the benefits of the brands within National Key Accounts.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of promotions and to maximise operational efficiencies.
  • Review business and sales opportunities for core brands, providing recommendations and action plans to the Sales Director and other executive stakeholders.
