Currently, we have an open competition for the position of NATIONAL MAKE-UP ARTIST GIVENCHY BRAND.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- leading the team of make-up consultants, inspire & coach;
- providing trainings and masterclasses for Brand beauty-consultants' team and for retailers;
- representation of the Brand in social networks, posting in instagram account;
- providing retail activities (70% of time): increase in sales, providing client-days, VIP-events, make-up sessions;
- building loyalty with customers on day-to-day events;
- participating in International makeup Events, Seminars, Conventions.
Profile
OUR EXPECTATIONS REGARDING YOUR BUSINESS QUALITIES:
- minimum 3+ years professional experience as a leading / national makeup artist;
- best-in-class selling, working with customers;
- proficient knowledge and awareness of beauty industry, market and competitive trends;
- a make-up artist certificate is required;
- english at the upper-intermediate level is required;
- providing masterclasses / conducting online events for a large audience. Ability to effectively engage audiences on social platforms;
- strong verbal & written communication, presentation, public speaking & media skills;
- leaderships skills, self-motivated, results oriented, creative mindset, ability to work in a team.
