Position

The New Product Development VIE will play an integral role in supporting product development on a global scale for Belvedere Vodka. The NPD VIE will assist in the development and creative execution of the yearly marketing programs for global products, such as VAPs, Limited Editions, and innovation product produce at our globally distillery located in Polmos Żyrardów.   

 

Main responsibilities

Product Development (30%):

  • Liaise between design agencies and suppliers on the creation of new products.
  • Support in the creation of briefs and functional analysis for products for suppliers
  • Support in project timeline creation and project tracking
  • Manage prototype creation
  • Support on global compliance regulations for new products
  • Support in daily communication with all suppliers on designated projects

 

Innovation Development Support (60%):

  • Assist in creation and updating project tracking tools related to innovation project
  • Assist in Iris platform and global compliance of innovation project developments
  • Coordinate key stakeholder meetings for innovation projects and ensure action follow up
  • Artwork comparison between supplier proposal and creative agency design to ensure alignment
  • Glass catalogue (with cooperation with CPL) - for new projects to have in one place all possibilities
  • Cap catalogue (with cooperation with CPL) - for new projects to have in one place all possibilities
  • Technical specification (redevelopment including all important data)
  • Review and provide feedback on prototype and production samples 

 

 

Implement New Development Capability for PZ (10%):

    • Work with suppliers and PZ team to continuously innovate production capabilities within distillery. Ie- sleeve/label applications.

 


Profile

Education:   Undergraduate Degree required

Languages:  English, Polish

Experience and Skills: 

  • Internship or past work experience in product development
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Affinity for package design and production
  • Cross functional team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Organized and efficient with time management
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to interact with others and resolve issues within various levels of the organization
