MISSION STATEMENT

Responsible for the Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management for Moet Hennessy Nordic entities (focus on Denmark & Finland), the Nordic Supply Chain Coordinator will report to the Nordic Supply Chain Manager.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

To coordinate with sales and marketing departments the sales forecasting process (25%)

  • Sales forecast and APO update (forecast/planning system), for Finland and Denmark
  • Follow-up on purchase orders from producers in SAP Coordinate return/transfer of stock from Nordic to France (or to other Nordic country), for all 4 Nordic entities
  • Point-of-Sales-Materials overview (Quarterly KPI report)

 

To monitor performance of the logistic service providers on an on-going basis (30%)

For Finland and Denmark

  • Monitoring KPIs related to the logistic service provider's performance (continuous improvement of KPIs)
  • Inventory counts control by Logistics Partners
  • Periodic meetings with Logistics Partners to review Service Level Agreements and discuss issues

 For all 4 Nordic entities

  • Stock events follow-up (Internal moves / stock control)
  • Control consistency of monthly invoices vs. contractually agreed conditions
  • Product traceability from logistic providers check-up

 

Coordinate supply from Moët Hennessy producers, for all 4 Nordic entities (15%)

  • Follow-up on purchase orders from France, and coordinate with logistic service providers
  • Respond on shortage situation from producers
  • Coordinate, with internal producers, return Purchase orders and transfer of stock between markets

 

To be responsible for the integrity of product master files, for all 4 Nordic entities (10%)

  • Creation of new SKUs (materials in SAP)
  • Coordination of new SKUs in collaboration with the Nordic Customer Service Executives
  • Reporting to Sales & Marketing regarding new SKUs
  • Co-packing of display SKUs (for Finland and Denmark)

 

To perform ad hoc tasks (10%)

For Finland and Denmark

  • Operations Dashboard (Financial & Logistical status analysis reporting)
  • Accuracy of APO forecast

For all entities

  • Minimize delivery issues
  • Shortage and obsolescence reporting

 

Authority reporting and Auditors, for all Nordic entities (10%)

  • Report Alcohol and Environmental taxes to SKAT (monthly)
  • Report Intrastat to Danmarks Statistik (monthly)
  • Grüne Punkt reporting for Duty Free (yearly)
  • Customs documents (Administrative Accompanying Documents, eAD in EMCS system)
  • Internal and External audit contact point, only for Finland and Denmark

Profile

Education :

Business/Logistical Degree on University level

 

Languages :

Fluency in English and preferably Scandinavian languages

 

 

Prof. experience & know how:

  • Previous experience in logistic/demand planning - preferable in a FMCG Company (>3 years)
  • Project management experience                                                                      
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to analyze, compare, interpret facts quickly and to advise business

 

Technical & management skills :

  • SAP/APO experience preferred
  • Preferably experience with coordination of activities between departments (Customer service)
  • Interested in developing management skills
  • Microsoft package, especially Excel (expert/high level)
