Position
The Office Assistant will support the Loro Piana Interiors Showroom. They will partner will all team members in supporting them with customer sales and interactions. They will ensure that the Interiors showroom is always kept neat, clean, organized and tidy at all times. In addition, they will help with the organization and maintenance of all samples. There a team player with the ability to multi-tasks with a sense of urgency.
Profile
- This is role requires 8- 12 hrs per week
- Maintains the cleanliness of the showroom: vacuums, washes the dishes, irons the wing samples and all new collection wings, steam fabrics on a regular basis
- Organizes and maintains all sample returns large and small in sample closet
- Creates sample lists and request from the sales teams when requested
- Create the list to replenish the samples from Italy when stock is low, for all large and small samples.
- Support the Showroom Assistant with administrative duties
