Position

Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in Irving, TX as an Office Coordinator supporting the Client Service Center of Louis Vuitton North Americas. This role will be an integral part of the Client Service office reporting to the Client Service Director. You will be responsible for being the main point of contact for managing the day to day functions of the office facility, ensuring a consistent environment in both appearance and function, while identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvement, as well as providing administrative support to on-site management.

As someone who possesses phenomenal organizational and communication skills you will be comfortable with supporting all administrative task for all employees. As an office coordinator you will be tasked with compiling corporate expenses and submitting for reimbursement, maintaining vendor relationships to ensure a positive relationship is maintained and vendor invoices are paid as well as managing the issuing of all building access cards. Lastly, you will maintain and coordinate all reception requests, such as coordinating all conference and training room schedules, distribution of all postal mail and packages as well as greeting and assisting all external guests within the Client Service Center.

Other duties and responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.


Profile

This role will suit an individual with a minimum of two years of proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role with experience gained in a retail business (preferably high-end luxury goods).  With a positive approach to your role and a true customer focus, the ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and outstanding knowledge of MS Office. A BA in Business administration or relevant field is a plus. This individual will need to be agile to the changing business and the ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
