The Omni Channel Manager is responsible for leading the retail-specific marketing strategy, based on a cohesive and enhanced customer shopping experience that supports channel sales. This person will be responsible for driving eCommerce sales in direct partnership with the Account Director & wholesale teams. The Manager formulates strategic direction for all major marketing programs driving cohesive, omni-channel plans and breakthrough initiatives that deliver incremental brand exposure, win the digitally-connected omni-channel consumer & ultimately, delivers sales growth. They will be the primary point-of-contact for the retailer E-commerce Merchants and Marketing teams to negotiate & secure exposure, execute marketing programs and manage day-to-day business. Internally, the manager will be responsible for driving cross-functional channel specific creative/content needs and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver assets based on production timelines and due dates.
This role is highly cross-functional, and requires strong communication skills to partner with internal departments including; US Brand Marketing, Global Product & Strategic Marketing and Digital Marketing teams, along with Creative Services & Wholesale teams. Externally they will partner closely with the Retailers Merchandising & Marketing teams to develop strong business alignment and strategic alliances to shape the future of our brands growth within specific retailer.
Oversee Channel E-commerce merchandising efforts to achieve online sales targets
Plan, coordinate and execute all site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives, product launches and promotions
Manage and execute account specific site promotions including sampling, promotional offers, exclusive product offerings, CRM programs, etc. to maximize exposure and drive business
Responsible for weekly/monthly sales reporting by account. Analyze business, identify areas of opportunity to achieve sales goals and send out weekly/monthly reports
Stay informed on any new platform developments and capabilities for retailers site & social channels to best maximize brand exposure. Identify all opportunities on partner sites/digital channels to distort products and increase penetration of online businesses.
Track online exposure for brand by account while also tracking competitor exposure.
Develop and manage the content strategy plus schedule for retailer e-commerce sites. Project manages all new product launches for retailer sites; delivery of comps, write copy, site forms, asset design and/or production & delivery of assets.
Manage and maintain retailer sites product catalog to ensure accuracy & updates for all brand and product content
Recommend creative solutions for site enhancements to maximize key products or categories and drive user experience plus design assets necessary

Drive the Accounts Omni-channel marketing strategy that delivers robust plans in support of monthly themes, new product launches, pillar products and retailer relevant initiatives.
Develop cohesive new product launch programs that scale online/offline, increasing awareness & sales. Tactics vary by account but can include; social media, email, CRM, Site/App exposure, sampling, advertising, direct mail, events, etc
Own and manage the channel marketing calendar. Consistently update with all marketing activity and share with cross-functional teams regularly
Partner closely with marketing teams for new product launches, campaigns, monthly animations for creative and launch assets. Follow internal creative processes but ensure product messages are clear for channel while ensuring a timely delivery
Successfully manage retailer marketing asset needs and requirements including: timing, specifics, urgency and completion of projects as scheduled. Proactively monitor open projects and work with Account Directors for future needs
3-5 years previous experience with relevant retail ecommerce merchandising background, with strong marketing understanding preferred.
Intuitive grasp of customer and a drive to impact and satisfy customers.
Strong understanding of digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing) and how to translate that into increasing business.
Ability to generate innovative insights from analysis, communicate results effectively, and work with business partners in developing and implementing new programs to drive results
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to write and edit web based content using correct grammar and punctuation.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent project management and organization skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight and demanding deadlines
Strong communication skills and an ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment.
