Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator based in our Texas Distribution Center to primarily focus on maintaining the LV client experience standard as well as daily order cutoff and order flow management. This role is temporary and 12 months in duration. The Digital Operations Coordinator will manage peak delivery cutoffs by delivery method, review invoice status and provide weekly resolution. This role can also expect to manage daily packaging audits, maintaining digital stationary inventory and usage and confirm correct packaging substitution in case of packaging shortages.
The Digital Operations Coordinator will also serve as back up for KN Sales Admin for Digital volume, review all ticket requests in ticketing tool and be the prime contact for communication with our Client Services Center for order upgrades, cancellations, corporate orders and other special circumstances. Additionally, the Digital Operations Coordinator will be in direct contact with the Digital IT team to confirm server switches, system changes and UAT's.
We are eager to speak to individuals that have a background in business, communications or marketing with experience in a client facing role with a similar luxury realtor or logistics. The ideal candidate will be system savvy with an interest in business applications, have familiarity with logistics provided and delivery schedules and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, the Digital Operations Coordinator will be able to analyze data to make recommendations to minimize client frustrations where UPS failed to provide service and show an entrepreneurial spirt and develop new ideas to further enhance the client experience. This role will require the ability to motivate and train team members to maintain Louis Vuitton standards. Lastly, fluency in Spanish is a plus!
