The Talent Development Team is part of the Central Team, in charge of identifying, growing, acculturating to the Dior culture and providing perspective to each Talent at Parfums Christian Dior, in addition to the support provided by each HR Business Partner.
Within the Talent Development Team, the Learning team is in charge of defining a Learning & Development vision, and associated programs to support individual and collective transformations at a worldwide scale, as well as ensuring a successful and smooth acculturation to the Dior universe, culture and ecosystem.
YOUR MISSION ____________
As an Onboarding & Culture Project Manager, you will be assisting the Learning & Development Director in designing and implementing a successful Onboarding program and process with a global impact in the organization, to acculturate our new Talents in an inspiring and seamless manner, engage them and nurture a sense of belonging. You act as a lead to create inspirational initiatives for our Talents and thus create opportunities to learn and get inspired.
Your Project focus will be in Onboarding, Culture and Inspiration.
Your main assignment will be focused on revamping a new, comprehensive and digital Onboarding plan for our employees worldwide, as well as defining acculturation plans to the Dior Heritage and culture.
> GROW AND DEVELOP SENSE OF BELONGING - You strategize, design and deploy a new Onboarding program online and offline, to ensure a successful integration of our talents in France and abroad. You make the Onboarding program in France evolve according to expectations from our Talents, including discovery of the Dior Spirit, the product workshops, the visit of Points of Sale, production site and Research & Development site. You monitor the program of visits to our Heritage sites (La Colle Noire, Granville) and use our existing assets to engage our new and current employees.
> LAUNCH DIGITAL ONBOARDING - You build a robust Digital onboarding plan and platform in collaboration with IS teams, that will ensure to compliment the offline onboarding. You start engaging new Talents as soon as they decide to join us through a preboarding solution to start engaging them with Dior at an early stage and set them for success.
> GENERATE INSPIRATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - You build opportunities to grow, reflect and think through proposing "Happy Hours", a series of conferences gathering inspiring authors, scientists or personalities to look at challenges and topics with a new, out-of-the-box and innovative perspective. You contribute to help our employees innovate, work and collaborate in a different manner and feel entitled to propose new approaches to challenges they face on a daily basis. Define and recommend new initiatives according to assessment.
WHO YOU ARE _________
> Master's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
> About 2-5 years' experience in a similar capacity
> Strong Project Management experience
> Excellent communication skills and ability to influence
> Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work at all levels of the organization
> Ability to innovate, to think out of the box
> Problem-solving and negotiation skills
> Result-oriented personality, with a keen eye on KPIs and data measurement
