Louis Vuitton Lisbon is seeking to onboard an Operations Manager with a strong drive for results and a key focus on operational efficiency.
The role will include supervising all aspects of product flow, after sales, loss prevention, health & safety and administration. Additionally you will lead and develop a team of 3-6 people on all operational aspects of the business, partner with the wider management team of the Store to optimize operations while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.
To be selected, you will leverage a minimum of 5 years' experience of Operations management in a fast paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.
In addition to your advanced level of English and Portuguese, it is essential that you have an expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high volume. With extensive people development skills, you will be required to act as management support to the Store Manager and 3 other Team Managers, and therefore be experienced in providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Additionally, you will possess excellent organization and administration skills, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills.
