The Outlet Operations Manager is responsible for organizing, managing and controlling the operation of the store, with a particular focus on the back-of-house, Visual Merchandising, Training and on the Operational policies/procedures.




  • Ensures the correct implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines in order to have the correct products distribution in Store
  • Focuses on the implementation of all operational processes and procedures, including store administration, stock and cash management in all Stores
  • Manages inventory efficiently in order to improve the stock team productivity and provides support to improve performance
  • Supports the Outlet Store Manager to control uniforms, store expenses and maintaining budgets, ensuring controls in place for petty cash, banking procedures and continually monitoring costs
  • Maintains a neat, clean and organized store environment for internal and external customers in order to ensure the best image of products and store
  • Supports the Maintenance & Safety Manager for all security and maintenance issues in store
  • Provides Monthly Sales performance reports to all Outlet Store Managers and provides support to improve performance
  • Checks the products selling price every months and follows up on discrepancies with the Outlet Store Manager
  • Collects quality feedback from every stores to improve the correct allocation of the new collection
  • Analyzes data across merchants, products, promotions and other variables to optimize performance
  • Identifies in store Training needs regarding product knowledge, selling techniques, cash management
  • Supports the stores to identify the correct requirements in terms of packaging, stationery and Visual tools
  • Cooperates with Family & Friends Manager to provide all furniture, packaging and stationery for F&F Events

Skills and ability required:

  • 5/6 years of previous experience in the role
  • Excellent analytical ability and data analysis
  • Good leadership skills and ability to manage team members effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Passion and high motivation towards the Luxury environment and Loro Piana's  Brand and products
  • Strong retail knowledge
  • Aligned to the Brand identity and detail oriented, with strong coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent English knowledge and Ideally multilingual
