Acting as an outstanding PA to the Managing Director for UK, Ireland and South Africa, providing exceptional business and personal assistance in a highly professional and discreet manner.

Articulate and credible, you will be highly organised and proactive in your approach, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders at a local and central level.



  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director for all queries, using judgement and business acumen to provide business support and manage complex correspondence writing
  • Communicating with the Directors of the company, both at a local market, regional and global level across all functions
  • Extensive diary management, prioritising and scheduling internal & external meetings/ conference calls (including international), proactively gathering any required materials prior to trips
  • Ensure the smooth running of internal and external meetings (including but not limited to organisation, preparation of agendas, welcoming guests, booking and arranging rooms/ meetings and taking minutes)
  • Organising frequent travel - flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, transfers, currency, restaurants, meetings and calls, alongside compiling the required materials for business trips in advance
  • Managing monthly expenses for the Steering Committee (Steerco), in line with Louis Vuitton's Company Expenses Policy
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials, ensuring the relevant hard files remain up to date
  • Work in collaboration with the respective functional Directors to produce work related materials including business presentations
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents on behalf of the Managing Director for review
  • Manage and maintain the Steerco's schedules, whereabouts and travel arrangements
  • Work collaboratively with the wider PA network within Louis Vuitton and the LVMH Group.
  • Assist in the organisation and quality execution of events (including weekly Steering Committee meetings, Company Business updates, work social events)
  • Assisting with people management administration as required
  • Inbox management: monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications (when appropriate)
  • Provide support and assistance with all personal matters


  • Extensive PA/EA experience working within a similar fast paced luxury retail/ FMCG environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a natural ability to effectively prioritise while working under pressure in a time sensitive environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), confidently and succinctly interacting with internal and external personnel at all levels
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, capable of working independently (with autonomy and initiative) and effectively as a team
  • Punctual, professional and trustworthy acting with the utmost discretion at all times
  • Meticulous organisation with an exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Mature, calm and self-confident
  • Highly responsive and able to act and adapt quickly and in an agile manner
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Second European Language (beneficial but not essential)
