This position will foster and maintain strong client relationships through understanding individual client needs, and delivering best-in-class experience, personalized for each client.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and achieve exceptional personal sales (across all categories) and KPI targets by cultivating client relationships
- Provide a holistic and outstanding shopping experience that is personalized for each client, extending into styling and lifestyle advice
- Nurture existing client relationships through personalized attention and knowledge
- Design and implement strategic actions to tap lapsed and prospective High-End clients
- Proactively clientele and recruit HNWIs to build a strong client book
- Build privileged relationships with existing clients while developing a strong social network
- Coach Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors and Expert Advisors in delivering best-in-class Client experience
- Support major national/international events
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build genuine/emotional relationships
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales and exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to story-tell
- Agile, detailed-oriented, and a team player
- Strong business acumen and good fashion sense
- Understanding of luxury lifestyle and high-end client behavior
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
