Position

Public Relations:

  • Regularly develop and build upon relationships with all media & Key Opinion Leaders (including celebrities)
  • Budget/plan yearly & monthly PR activities based on Regional/Central guidelines and the local launching plan
  • Organize and implement innovative and creative PR events
  • Control the planning and execution of all online and offline PR events
  • Maintain and increase media exposure and media tracking in order to meet the annual PRM ranking target
  • Arrange the release of a feature story about any major key product launches on various media outlets, promoting brand visibility
  • Organize exclusive interviews with central / regional / local professional and top management and exclusive corporate events
  • Keep track of the global PR calendar and ensure the invitation of central/regional professional visitors to Taiwan
  • Organize all key details for all Media trips, including but not limited to PR exposure, media events, trip preparation, and execution, and the organization of KOLs, major media editors, and bloggers
  • Build and maintain close relationships and frequent contact with major media editors, bloggers, KOLs, and influencers
  • Track product performance and act accordingly
  • Regularly create internal reports for the Regional/Central office concerning launch coverage, event plans and results, and major competitor activities

Media:

  • Organize the annual media master plan
  • Calculate the required investment for each campaign
  • Negotiate valuable media packages (advertising or advertorial) to support each campaign.
  • Implement advertising and advertorial material accordingly

Advertising (Including Digital):

  • Budget/plan yearly & monthly media plan based on Regional guidelines and the local lunching plan
  • Strengthen the marketing plan by conceiving, executing and analyzing all advertising plans
  • Collaborate on the development of the communication claim concerning all outside release communication materials

Digital Business:

  • Further develop the official LINE account and initiate Line Business Connect with full integration on the Neolane CRM data base
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to create online and offline synergy on social media projects
  • Develop a new media strategy with digital animations to support E-Commerce and increase conversion rates to boost e-business.
  • Work on SEM buying strategy and a monthly performance optimization
  • Continuously work on online and offline influencers' marketing plan to drive traffic to Backstage Studios and Pop-up stores in order to drive new business opportunities

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Establish the PR & Media budget annually in conjunction with the Deputy GM.
  • Work within the budget and revise the planned expenditure regularly in order to maximize results

Profile

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in PR & Communication
  • Solid knowledge of journalism
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Ability to conduct press events and PR activities
  • Excellent connection to press reporters and journalists in the cosmetic industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Great team building and performance management skills
