Position Overview: Focused on print and digital editorial efforts, product placement across makeup, skincare, and fragrance, product press release management, print and digital press communication management surrounding new launches, and makeup artist relations. Additionally, support the Public Relations Senior Director in strategy implementation, and press outreach efforts across all categories. The role requires the ability to liaise and communicate internally with the Central team in our Paris based office, and with various departments in North America, such as Marketing, Media, Sales Promotion, and Fashion Public Relations.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities: >  Foster and maintain relationships with key print and digital editors. >  Build creative pitches for new product launches for press. >  Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy. >  Implement new launch strategies across all three categories as directed by the Central team and PR Director. >  Lead development of all new launch press releases, working closely with the makeup, skincare, and fragrance Marketing teams. >  Maintain makeup artist relationships and identify new and emerging talent. >  Facilitate product requests and send outs within the team. >  Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape. >  Work closely with the Digital team to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital, and social media coverage.

Qualifications & Skills REQUIRED: >  Bachelor's degree >  5+ years of relevant beauty and/or PR experience >  Strong relationships with beauty editors and key players in the beauty industry >  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate across the organization at all levels >  Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail >  Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature >  Ability to implement strategy and has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas >  Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task >  Experience working within a global scope >  Hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty industry
