Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity for a Watches & Jewelry Public Relations Manager that will be responsible for promoting the Louis Vuitton image and specific products by ensuring maximum Watches & Jewelry editorial coverage in appropriate magazines, developing key messages for North American market, and creating and implementing effective press strategies that encompass national, regional, and online media outlets. In addition, this manager will develop and execute strategies surrounding key W&J global focuses in North American media outlets. Work closely with the merchandising and regional teams to support sales through editorial placement.


Main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, developing and executing strategies surrounding Watch & Jewelry categories to maximize coverage and support DMR rankings in US & Canadian Markets along with facilitating all editorial requests for Watches & Jewelry categories often using product pulled from the LVA store network or Paris. Additionally, this individual will work closely with both our Merchandising team and Watches & Jewelry team in Paris for new launches, initiatives, press trips, and available product to support editorial requests. The W&J Public Relations Manager will also get the opportunity to attend international and national Watches & Jewelry press events to ensure media coverage. Other projects include working closely with our Logistics and Asset Protection teams to book necessary Ferrari couriers and guards based on the value of the product to support editorial requests.


We are eager to speak to individuals who possess a Bachelor's Degree, with 7+ years of progressively responsible public relations experience preferably in High End Fashion or Luxury Goods Industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the retail business, be able to clearly and concisely articulate ideas in a variety of settings, and encompass excellent business, written, verbal and presentation skills. Experience in Microsoft Office and managing staff are preferred.
