Christian Dior Couture currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Relations Executive to join the team in the Sydney Flagship boutique.
Christian Dior and the house that he created in 1947 has become the universal symbol of elegance, excellence and luxury. It created desire, magnifying the beauty of women. Today, the Creative Directors of the House continue to revisit the codes of Dior through haute couture, RTW, leather goods and accessories, and fine jewellery and timepieces.
Your role within the Maison
The Private Client Executive reports to the Boutique Director and is responsible for identifying and recruiting new business channels, as well as fostering long-term relationships through CDM initiatives with the Boutique team.
As the successful candidate, you are driven with a ‘can do' attitude and client-service mindset and is someone who thrives on interacting with clients and being present on the Boutique floor. Your charismatic personality and adaptability will see you succeed in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment.
In addition, you will have proven experience to:
- Drive in-boutique client development initiatives in liaison with the marketing department, focused on new and existing clientele;
- Support the retail team to create bespoke experiences for each client, while introducing new product lines to expand their knowledge of the brand;
- Champion our CDM system and client database to ensure that all records are input correctly and maintained, and reports are accurate to develop key strategies to drive CDM activities in the Boutique;
- Communicate effectively with clients and teams across all levels of the organisation.
