Position

The MHUSA Private Client Marketing Manager reports to the Private Client Vice President and is a key person to lead the Team Marketing strategy and orchestrate all the marketing activities of the Private Client Team. Its mission is therefore to create a clear path between the private client team and brand teams / Maisons across the MH portfolio, ensuring targets are met on both ends, amplifying the direct-to-consumer opportunities and to be the main point of communication between the private client team and brand teams / regions. This role will work closely with all Private Client Team Members within the US and MHUSA key stakeholders and development teams. Marketing Strategy and Plan: 50% ● Accountable to consolidate Brand marketing plans and tools for the Private Client Team to leverage and execute for Private Client Team clients ○ On-going HNWI marketing Intelligence to inform strategy ○ Propose, implement, and monitor marketing national plans across the Brands within the Private Client Sector to achieve sales and profit objectives for each Brand. ○ Own, drive and evaluate local Brand activations and strategies across the US in cooperation with Private Client team members to maximize sales. ○ Partner with Region Sales and Brand Marketing teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives, events and promotions for HNWI clients ○ Produce and manage Private Client Event Calendar nationwide and by region. ○ Monitor and drive key HNWI recruitment platform strategy (Elite retailers, Fostering Agent, LVMH, etc...) ○ Supervise the CRM program within the Private Client Team, making it useful for the team and for reporting Budget Management: 20% ● Manage the A&P budget for development and executions. ○ Ensure profitability for the division via the Private Client - direct to consumer channel ○ Evaluate A&P proposals and past program ROI and profit. Reporting & allocation: 30% ● Create monthly and ongoing proposals and presentations for the executive team as well as for clients of Private Client Managers and Directors - drive the creative work within the Private Client Team ○ Manage and monitor exclusive products allocated to the Private Client Team. ○ Provide and track a breakdown of allocated items per region. Private Client Team Employees: 20% ● Advise and work closely with Private Client Managers nationwide. ● Give them tools to set them up for success and achieve their goals and KPIs

Profile

Education: Undergraduate degree required. Languages: English; French (optional) Experience and Skills: >  5+ years of experience, combining marketing and brand management >  Sales experience a a plus >  Analytical and financial skills >  Interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and must be able to adapt to various work styles >  Luxury brand experience and wines and spirits industry knowledge. >  Solid time management skills
