This is a unique and rare opportunity for a Private Client Relations Advisor to join our Maison team in New Bond Street.
As part of this client centric role, you will have accountability for developing key and long lasting relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring that you thoroughly understand their individual needs and deliver a unique luxury experience each time they have an interaction with our business. By leading by example in the management of your own portfolio of Clients, you will best in class in exceeding client's expectation while also retaining brand integrity.
Additionally by being a brand ambassador you will utilise all available tools to ensure that our clients are updated with launches and events, while also supporting the wider store in driving a client centric mind-set. Working in partnership with your line manager you will have accountability for proposing action plans and related tools for the business in order to delight clients at all levels.
The successful candidate will have a true passion for delighting clients and constantly strive to deliver exceptional customer services. With an innate commercial mind-set, you will leverage all resources and platforms to drive the business while continuously seeking new and innovative methods to recruit and retain clients. A thorough understanding and background in the luxury market is essential for this position in addition to a breath of experience dealing with VIC clients.
