PRIMARY OBJECTIVE > To increase the total turnover contribution generated by VIC clientele, working in close partnership with the retail teams in all stores >  To achieve a personal sales target on an annual basis >  To develop family clientele by store to reach VIC status >  To identify and recruit new high value clients per annum >  To partner effectively with the Client Development and Retail teams to drive for increased turnover and new client acquisition JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Existing Clientele and grow Turnover >  Develop a clear and personalised client action plan by VIC by month in collaboration with the five store teams - includes 1:1's >  Develop a clear client target list for all product Caravans collaborating with the retail teams >  Develop with Client Development Team a consignment proposal for in house client presentations for clients who prefer this service >  Create Virtual Bridges with Client Development support for travelling clients to be hosted in global stores for international experiences and store appointments Recruit High Potential Clientele >  Identify and actively recruit high value clients via networking events/ on the floor spotting or client profile sharing from the retail teams >  Develop a personalised client action plan for newly recruited clientele and monitors to ensure that contact is being maintained >  Identify potential high value clientele within the current database who are not assigned a CA / are not optimised and creates a development plan with the retail team >  Develop a monthly calendar of private salon actions for all stores (with a salon) supporting the retail teams and exceptional products focus - HW/HJ etc. >  Collaborate closely with each store manager bringing added value to each store in the area of sales and client experience
