MISSION STATEMENT

accordance with Moët Hennessy's global Procurement strategy and MH USA business procedures, the Procurement VIE works with his/her Procurement associates and collaboratively engages as a business partner to the brands and agencies by providing top quality, brand appropriate, timely, competitively sourced goods, services and business solutions that deliver value. In so doing, the VIE:
>  Proactively manages specific deliverables and communicates process, timing, status & objectives to all internal and external cross-functional team members;
>  Supports the Procurement strategy on the Marketing Services projects he/she is responsible for;
>  Supports projects for MH USA, Belvedere maison, Chandon maison and the North America region.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the Senior Manager, Marketing Services Procurement in the day to day management of project deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support Marketing Services Procurement:
>  Ownership & management of (CAPP) Marketing Services brand projects/performance tracker.
>  Compiling D+2 & D+9 reports for approval by management and distribution. Entry of approved values in global performance tracking tool.
>  Managing database of agency capabilities, fees, contracts.
>  Performance of in-depth research on agency suitability & staying well-informed of agency market activity. Creation of one-sheets with key data, RFI info for Sr. Mgr review & CFT distribution.
>  Trafficking Briefs, SOWs, RFPs, contracts, Agency Review Scorecards to meet key deadlines & deliverables.
>  Quarterly KPI generation on Marketing Services Procurement cycle times & key metrics.
>  Supports timely Project Management: process/strategy communication; RFP development; benchmark analysis; agency negotiations; brand & agency status updates; Purchase Order creation & contract review.
>  Supports Senior Manager in obtaining and analyzing project deliverables (briefs, SOWs, KPIs, ROI, contracts) from key stakeholders in timely fashion.
>  Coordination of scheduling of agency pitches with cross-functional teams.
>  Track contract expiration dates to facilitate a pro-active approach.
>  SAP SRM and Ariba SPICE report generation.
>  Innovative approach and creative mindset.
>  Will work to become Marketing Services category leader in Brand Marketing and share expertise with brand teams and colleagues
Support Administration of Deliverables:
>  Maintain the Procurement Mailbox as first point of contact, distributing content to department colleagues.
>  Organize the preparation & filing of key proposals, projects, RFIs, RFPs, presentations and contracts.
>  Assist with department training needs & stakeholder education on Procurement WOW.


Profile

Education : College degree earned, may have procurement and/or agency focus/background
Languages : Fluent English ( French appreciated )

Technical & management skills :
Excellent analytical capabilities and Excel skills with ability to create pivot tables for detailed analysis
SAP SRM skills a plus / Ariba spend management suite
Agency/ Supplier negotiation skills
Budget management and financial reporting skills
Strong Powerpoint presentation building skills, presentation skills a plus
Knowledge of agency types, processes, inner workings appreciated
Global business knowledge a plus

Mandatory VIE criteria :

- Anyone aged over 18 and under 29 at the time they register can apply to be an international intern.
- You must have French or European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco).
- Being graduated from a Bachelor/Master degree, and hold the diploma
