Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for a Product Assessment Specialist for the Logistics and Support team of their new Client Care Services Center based in New Jersey.
This position will be responsible for the initial point of entry of all repairs coming from the East Coast Stores' Clients, this role is critical in reviewing the client repair, condition, and store assessment. During the intake process you must register the item to be repaired you must note any further recommendations regarding additional or prior repairs while ensuring all necessary components are accounted for. Communication regarding client special requests, potential quality issues, and labor needs to the repairs team is essential to maximizing the client's satisfaction with his/her service request. Adhering to evaluation guidelines and reviewing repair costs are instrumental to this process while ensuring availability of spare part inventory.
This job is pivotal and impacts the work of all downstream teams, from the Spare Parts Team, to Craftsmen, and Shipping. It really determines the service which will be delivered. As such, it interfaces with all the departments in the Client Care Services Center.
