Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for a Product Assessment Specialist for their new Client Care Services Center based in Piscataway, New Jersey.
The Role is responsible for the assessment of all items received for repair.
At the very first step of the Repairs process, the assessment includes checking the conditions of the item, reviewing the store's pre-assessment, and beyond that, understand each Client and make them feel special.
The Product Assessment Specialist registers every item into our systems and formalizes the Repair Order including the labor time, the parts to use, any specific requests and determines the charge to Client if it occurs.
Impacting the work of all downstream teams from Logistics, to Craftsmen, to Shipping, the role is pivotal for our organization and instrumental to the Clients' final satisfaction.
We are seeking individuals with strong time-management skills, a strong customer service focus, familiarity with quality assessments, and a passion for Leather Goods.
